Nestled in the parking lot at 856 Queen St, Kincardine, 2 Guys Fries offers a genuine fast-food experience with a focus on classic comfort fare. This modest food truck, paired with a handful of clean picnic tables, creates an inviting, no-frills atmosphere ideal for beachgoers, families, and anyone craving hearty, satisfying eats.

The highlight here is undoubtedly their poutine—crafted with care and standing out as a notch above typical Ontario offerings. Alongside this signature dish, 2 Guys Fries serves a well-curated menu featuring freshly seasoned fries, foot-long hot dogs, fish and chips, and burgers seasoned with a distinctive Montreal steak spice. The crispy onion rings and battered mushrooms add a tasty twist for those seeking a bit of variety.

Customers appreciate the freshness and bold seasoning of the fries, often described as reminiscent of old-school style with hints of cajun or BBQ flavors. Portion sizes are generous, especially the family fries, making these items well-suited for sharing or fueling a group after time at the nearby beach. While some find the pricing a touch steep for single items, the value shines through in their combo deals that pair favorites with fries and a drink.

The casual setup, with four tables beside the truck, lends itself to quick, relaxed meals. The friendly staff and clean environment enhance the overall experience, ensuring visitors feel welcome whether popping in for a quick bite or an unhurried lunch. A small food truck in the parking lot of a larger plaza. No line up when we came an hour before closing. Theres four tables beside the food truck to eat. They sell a nice variety of poutine, fries, burgers and fish and chips. Fries were freshly seasoned with some cajun style or bbq seasoning.

Enjoyed a late lunch here on a Sunday - not busy. My picky eater liked his hamburger (but I thought it was a bit pricey at $10). The cook does add what appears to be Montreal steak spice to the patty, in case that isn't your style. Poutine was good (above average for Ontario) and onion rings were good (although my daughter thought they were a bit salty for her taste). We appreciated the portion of the family fries - very generous. The poutines could have been a bit bigger for the price. Staff was friendly and served us well, and the picnic table area was very clean.

Probably some of the best fries I've had in ages. Prices were very reasonable as well.
